• Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued in a warm, community-driven coffee environment.
• Operate and maintain professional coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and manual brew tools.
• Collaborate with the team to manage daily operations, inventory, and cleanliness to uphold café standards.
• Contributed to seasonal drink development and product tasting for quality improvement.
• Trained in coffee bean origins, flavor profiling, and brew techniques to enhance customer experience.
