IGIP is a unique green area for the new energy industry chain based on nickel resources in the world, featuring a demonstration model of zero-carbon green development for nickel resources, located in Sambalagi Village, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, covering an area of more than 1120 hectares. IGIP will become a Class A ESG Area with Coordination of Five Fields (Five in One) namely, Green + Security + High Technology + Smart + Circular Economy Education. As part of our commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Treasury Staff to join our team in Bungku Pesisir, Kab. Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia. This role is essential in responsiblity for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the group's cash flow and financing activities to maintain overall financial and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily bank account balances and cash flow conditions for 14 companies within the group.
- Responsible for managing group internal loans, shareholder loans, and capital increase processes.
- Formulate and track loan drawdown and repayment plans.
- Assist in the preparation of treasury weekly reports, monthly reports, and other financing-related reports.
- Review treasury operational reports and identify potential financial risks.
- Supervise the compliance and execution of cash management policies across all companies, and organize/maintain required treasury documents for auditing purposes.
- Responsible for the opening, maintenance, management, and modification of corporate bank accounts.
- Review and verify payment requests to ensure compliance with company approval processes and fund availability.
- Calculate and monitor loan interest and track the utilization of credit facilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or higher, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fund management, finance, or cash/treasury management.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred (Mandarin speakers will be prioritized).
- Candidates holding professional certificates related to finance or treasury (e.g., CTP - Certified Treasury Professional) will be prioritized.
- Willing to work on a roster schedule of 4 months on-site followed by 12 days of field leave.
