2 replacement 

1. melakukan penagihan kepada debitur melalui kontak telephone, WA & media sytem lainnya

2. menegosiasi tanggal waktu pembayaran atau rencana pembayaran

3. memestikan proses penagihan berjalan sesuai dgn SOP & ketentuan yg berlaku

4. melakukan rekaputulasi/report berkala atas rekening kredit dibawah naungan utk menghitung metrik penagihan
