Descriptions:
Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, Email, or other communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
Remind customers of payment due dates and provide information regarding their payment obligations.
Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments from customers.
Maintain positive and professional communication with customers while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Record collection activities, payment commitments, and customer responses accurately in the system.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer payment issues and account status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by the company.
Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
Qualification :
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Desk Collection Officer, Collection Officer, or in a related role.
Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecollection is an advantage.
Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Experience handling English-speaking customers is preferred.
Proven experience in collection activities through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team while following management directions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly initiative-driven with strong follow-up skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
