  • Menghubungi & mengingatkan nasabah yang terlambat melakukan pembayaran angsuran sebelum & sudah jatuh tempo melalui telepon (telepon only)
  • Memberikan informasi tagihan: jumlah angsuran, tanggal jatuh tempo, denda keterlambatan (jika ada)
  • Menginput hasil percakapan dan solusi ke sistem CRM perusahaan.

Kualifikasi : 

  • Min pendidikan SMA/K semua jurusan
  • Tidak sedang berkuliah aktif saat ini
  • Terbuka untuk freshgraduate dan non pengalaman
  • Bersedia untuk sistem shifting 
  • Wajib berdomisili semarang dan sekitarnya (Kota Semarang, Kab. Semarang, Demak, Grobogan, Kendal)
