Responsibilities :

Melakukan penagihan via telepon kepada debitur/nasabah yang memiliki tunggakan pembayaran

Mendokumentasikan hasil penagihan dan memperbarui data nasabah di sistem collection

Bernegosiasi dan menyusun jadwal cicilan ulang sesuai kebijakan perusahaan

Requirements :

·Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (D3/S1 lebih diutamakan)

·Pengalaman di bidang telecollection, customer service, atau call center minimal 1 tahun

·Komunikatif, persuasif, dan mampu mengelola tekanan target

·Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan problem-solving yang baik

·Terbiasa menggunakan komputer dan sistem CRM/collection

·Memiliki Sertifikat AFPI/SPPI akan lebih disukai
