Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Jurusan Teknik Mesin

  • Pengalaman sebagai Foreman Plant minimal 3 tahun

  • Bisa mengoperasikan komputer

  • Memiliki sertifikat minimal POP dan BMC serta Sertifikat Pelatihan Internal lainnya

  • Memastikan kegiatan perawatan & perbaikan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP

  • Membuat laporan progres kegiatan perawatan & perbaikan harian, bulanan & tahunan

  • Melakukan langkah-langkah antisipasi terhadap premature down equipment yang meliputi redo job, dan accident/unschedule damage.

  • Memastikan target KPI tercapai sesuai target melalui monitoring equipment performance yang meliputi Physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time To Repair, dan perbandingan antara schedule maintenance dengan unschedule maintenance percentage.

  • Memastikan dilakukannya prioritas pekerjaan terhadap unit breakdown

  • Diutamakan domisili lokal Berau

  • Penempatan lokasi : berau

  • Bisa mengendari Mobil atau kendaraan roda 4
