Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire pizza-making process, from ingredient preparation to final presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of pizza makers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement innovative pizza recipes and flavor combinations to enhance the menu and delight customers
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with the wider culinary team to align pizza offerings with the overall brand vision and customer preferences
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage the pizza-related budget to optimize operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve the dining experience

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a pizza chef or leader in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
• Demonstrable expertise in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, sauce-making, and topping combinations
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of pizza makers
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene
• Good Communication in English
