Key responsibilities
- Oversee the entire pizza-making process, from ingredient preparation to final presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of pizza makers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement innovative pizza recipes and flavor combinations to enhance the menu and delight customers
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the wider culinary team to align pizza offerings with the overall brand vision and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage the pizza-related budget to optimize operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve the dining experience
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) as a pizza chef or leader in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Demonstrable expertise in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, sauce-making, and topping combinations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of pizza makers
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene
- Good Communication in English
