The position:
We are part of a growing hospitality group (Skavana) bringing a new healthy dining focused on salad based, fresh, and nutritious meals.
We’re looking for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers with experience in salad bars / healthy food / fresh casual dining to join our launch team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations (service, kitchen flow, hygiene, quality)
Lead and supervise team to ensure fast, consistent execution
Maintain product quality & fresh ingredient standards
Support sales performance and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
Store Manager: 3–5+ years F&B experience (healthy food preferred)
Assistant Store Manager: 2–4+ years F&B experience
Background in salad / healthy food / fast casual concepts is highly preferred
Hands-on, disciplined, and strong team leadership
Understand high-volume operations & fresh food handling
