- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Use payroll software or HRIS systems for efficient processing and reporting.
- Recommend process improvements to increase payroll accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave accruals, and other compensations.
