Job Descriptions:
Coordinate seamlessly with Contractors, the Administration team, and Operations for the collection and delivery of construction-related goods. This includes conducting physical rechecks against travel documents to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and manage comprehensive Service Request (SR) documents for existing goods requirements (e.g., regular SRs, visit SRs, existing store projects, over-projects) until a Purchase Order (PO) is issued.
Manage the pickup process for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines for both closing stores and exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with Procurement and Contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Instruct suppliers for goods delivery to SSC and liaise with the DC team for store delivery.
Prepare documents for Goods Receipt (GR) processing and inform suppliers about GR for invoicing.
Coordinate with the R&M Manager for BA/Final Account review.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting or any related field)
Have minimum 1 year experience in Construction Administrastion is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level is a must)
Have the ability to analyze data
Fast learner, have good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full WFO in Bintaro Tangerang Selatan
