Customer Relation Officer is involved with database management, loyalty program or direct marketing process to communicate with their existing customer or new customer about the company new product launch or some season’s promotional campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures 100% call outs and accurate entry of data.
- Daily creation, encoding and monitoring of all inquiries and concerns in C4C.
- Ensures all VOCs (NEGATIVE or POSITIVE) are shared/reported to related departments.
- Handles and resolves inquiries and concerns received for the day.
- Assist related departments in their needs and queries.
- Prepares the assigned reports and ensures timely, accurate submission to TMP and Dealer Management.
- Handles and coordinates CWD matters of assigned department.
- Ensures the daily achievement and compliance to Dealer Operational Guidelines.

Educational Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's or College Degree of any four-years program related in Communication, Business Administration
