Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules to align with business processes and best practices.
Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and architects to deliver integrated solutions.
Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify issues, and coordinate resolutions.
Provide functional expertise and recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional design documents, process flows, and training materials.
Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives to drive user adoption.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practices and delivery standards.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 with proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of one or more Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, Commerce, or Human Resources.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, workflows, security roles, and reporting capabilities.
Experience working with data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead functional workstreams.
