Bayun Group is a high-end property management company based in Bali, specializing in luxury villas and curated guest experiences. We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Luxury Property Acquisitions Manager to expand Bayun’s premium villa portfolio by identifying exceptional properties, building strong owner relationships, and securing long-term management partnerships aligned with our luxury brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire luxury villas aligned with Bayun’s brand standards and portfolio strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, developers, and industry partners.
- Present Bayun’s management services, revenue strategy, and brand positioning to potential property owners.
- Negotiate and secure property management agreements with villa owners and investors.
- Conduct preliminary property evaluations, due diligence, and onboarding coordination.
- Coordinate financial projections and ensure properties meet operational and legal standards.
- Expand Bayun’s premium property portfolio through strategic business development and networking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, business development, or luxury sales.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s property and hospitality market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing ROI, investment returns, and revenue projections.
- Professional, commercially driven, and confident in dealing with high-value clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Based in Bali.
