ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for thorough, proactive Floor & Maintenance Staff to ensure all courts, recovery facilities, and common areas are in perfect condition — clean, safe, and ready for guests at all times. You are the eyes and ears of the facility, identifying and reporting issues before guests notice them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect and clean all courts daily, as needed
- Clear courts of debris, balls, and equipment after every session
- Clean panoramic court glass without disrupting play
- Check and log jacuzzi chemical levels every morning and evening
- Prepare jacuzzi, sauna, and ice bath per the daily operational schedule
- Clean and sanitize all recovery areas after every guest use
- Collect used towels every 30 minutes during peak hours
- Sweep the common areas as needed, mop the floors daily
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, bathrooms, corridors, and car park throughout each shift
- Report all damage, malfunction, or hygiene issues to the supervisor within 1 hour
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or facility operations at a hotel, beach club, sports venue, or resort is preferred
- Physical capability to perform active cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout a full shift
- Strong attention to detail — the ability to spot issues before guests do
- Reliable and punctual — this role requires consistent, thorough daily execution
- A genuine pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented environment
- Basic English for communicating with the team and management
