Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal S1

2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang Export-Import, Kepabeanan atau di Perusahaan Freight Forwarder

3. Memahami proses operasional & dokumen Export-Import, PIB,PEB, Bea Cukai, Logistik, Kepabeanan dll

4. Aktif Bahasa Inggris secara lisan atau tulisan

5. Menguasai Microsoft Office dan administrasi dokumen

6. Komunikatif, koordinatif, teliti, detail, cekatan, problem solving dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline


Tugas & Tanggungjawab

1. Mengelola dan memastikan seluruh proses export-import berjalan lancar dan sesuai regulasi

2. Mengontrol kelengkapan serta ketetapan dokumen Exim dan Kepabeanan

3. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal, vendor logistic, forwarder, PPJK dan Bea Cukai

4. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi Kawasan Berikat dan Kepabeanan

5. Monitoring proses pengiriman barang, customs clearance dan distribusi logistik
