As we grow, we are looking for a Product Marketing & Brand Lead Specialist who can help us translate our technical capabilities, project portfolio, and strategic vision into strong market positioning, high-quality sales materials, compelling brand narratives, and credible digital presence.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing & Brand Lead Specialist will be responsible for building and strengthening Nauli Data’s brand positioning, product marketing strategy, sales collateral, content direction, and communication assets.
This role is not a basic social media admin role. You will work closely with the founder, business development team, technical team, and project team to turn Nauli Data’s capabilities into clear, professional, and commercially useful market messages.
You will help position Nauli Data as a serious defense-tech, AI, cyber, and critical systems company that can work with enterprises, universities, government-related institutions, BUMN, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Positioning and Corporate Narrative
Develop and refine Nauli Data’s brand positioning as a defense-tech, AI, data, cybersecurity, and critical systems company.
Build a clear narrative between Nauli Data, NMD Group, and other business units within the ecosystem.
Ensure that Nauli Data is communicated as more than an IT consulting company, with strong positioning in technology execution, defense technology, cyber capability, AI, data platforms, and institutional transformation.
Create consistent messaging for company profiles, proposals, pitch decks, website copy, LinkedIn content, Instagram content, recruitment materials, and partnership documents.
2. Product Marketing and Solution Packaging
Translate Nauli Data’s technical capabilities into market-ready solution narratives.
Create product and solution messaging for areas such as:
* Defense technology and cyber capability platforms
* Cyber defense and offense simulation
* AI consulting and AI infrastructure
* Data platforms and operational intelligence
* Critical systems investigation and improvement
* Digital transformation and enterprise technology
* IT learning and capability development
* University partnership and research collaboration programs
Develop one-pagers, capability statements, solution briefs, service descriptions, and product marketing documents that can support business development and sales activities.
3. Sales Collateral and Proposal Support
Work with the Enterprise Business Development team to create professional sales and partnership materials.
Prepare and improve:
* Company profile decks
* Pitch decks
* Proposal templates
* Case study templates
* Solution one-pagers
* Capability statements
* Partnership decks
* Event and meeting presentation materials
* Client-facing executive summaries
Help ensure that every proposal and pitch communicates Nauli Data’s credibility, technical strength, and strategic value clearly.
4. Case Study and Portfolio Storytelling
Turn Nauli Data’s project experience into credible and professional case studies while maintaining confidentiality and client sensitivity.
Develop selected portfolio narratives around public-sector technology improvement, defense cyber capability, IT learning development, AI, data, and critical systems.
Work with internal teams to capture project context, client problems, solution approach, outputs, and business or institutional impact.
Ensure all external communication follows appropriate confidentiality, security, and professional standards.
5. Content Strategy and Thought Leadership
Develop content pillars for Nauli Data’s LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and founder branding activities.
Create content that supports enterprise credibility, not just social media activity.
Content themes may include:
* Defense technology and cyber resilience
* AI for critical systems
* Data governance and operational intelligence
* Enterprise AI adoption
* Cyber defense and offensive security capability
* Digital transformation in public-sector and enterprise environments
* University-industry collaboration
* Technology capability building
* Lessons from institutional technology projects
Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Write or coordinate LinkedIn posts, articles, event recaps, short insights, campaign copy, and brand announcements.
6. Digital Presence and Channel Management
Manage and improve Nauli Data’s LinkedIn presence as the primary B2B credibility channel.
Support Instagram as a secondary channel for documentation, employer branding, event highlights, and institutional visibility.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, or freelance creative support when needed.
Ensure visual and written communication remains professional, clean, credible, and aligned with Nauli Data’s positioning.
7. Employer Branding
Support recruitment campaigns for technical, cyber, infrastructure, AI, software, business development, and consulting roles.
Help build Nauli Data’s employer brand as a serious technology company for people who want to work on meaningful AI, cyber, defense-tech, and critical systems projects.
Create hiring posts, role narratives, culture content, and recruitment campaign materials.
8. Market and Competitor Research
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, industry positioning, technology companies, defense-tech firms, AI companies, cybersecurity players, consulting firms, and enterprise technology providers.
Provide insights that help Nauli Data improve its positioning, solution packaging, pricing narratives, and go-to-market strategy.
Monitor relevant topics in AI, cybersecurity, defense technology, digital transformation, public-sector innovation, BUMN technology initiatives, and university partnerships.
Requirements
1. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, International Relations, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Public Policy, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, B2B marketing, technology marketing, corporate communication, strategic communication, content strategy, business development support, or consulting-related marketing.
Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business narratives.
Strong understanding of B2B communication, enterprise clients, institutional credibility, and professional branding.
Experience creating or contributing to pitch decks, company profiles, proposals, sales collateral, LinkedIn content, or brand communication materials.
Ability to work with founders, technical teams, business development teams, and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and high ownership in execution.
2. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, AI, cybersecurity, IT consulting, SaaS, cloud, defense-tech, digital transformation, enterprise software, management consulting, or public-sector-related projects.
Familiarity with topics such as AI, data platforms, cyber defense, offensive security, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or critical systems.
Experience managing LinkedIn company pages, founder branding, B2B thought leadership, or corporate content strategy.
Experience working with designers, video editors, or creative freelancers.
Ability to use tools such as Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Notion, Trello, HubSpot, LinkedIn, WordPress, or other marketing and productivity tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, website copywriting, email outreach, and campaign planning is a plus.

Occasional attendance at client meetings, university visits, events, workshops, and company activities may be required.
