Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote hotel products and services

  • Manage assigned key accounts and maintain regular client communication

  • Coordinate site inspections, hotel tours, and client familiarization visits

  • Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and food and beverage offerings

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports

  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor of Hotel Management or University

  • Min. 2 years experience in a similar industry

  • Possess a valid driver’s license A (SIM A)

  • Fluent in English

  • Good communication

  • Good leadership

  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
