Job Description:
Strong knowledge of financial budgeting, reporting, accounts payable/ receivable, cash management, auditing, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Proficient in financial systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis, entattention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple properties
manage deadlines effectively, and communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders
Job Spesification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, taxation regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance Controller, at least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory finance role.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
