JOB SUMMARY
The Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and aligning the day-to-day operational performance of all business units under the PT Pioneer Wisata Nusantara group, including:
· Le Pirate Nusa Ceningan
· Le Pirate Gili Meno
· Le Pirate Island Komodo
· Le Pirate Island Gili Lontar
· Explorer Cruises 1
· Smoke Bali
The role acts as the primary operational liaison between Property Operations Managers and the General Manager, ensuring consistency, operational discipline, cost control, maintenance compliance, and smooth daily operations across all units.
This position is also ensures alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across the group.
REQUIREMENT
Experience & Background
· Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel or resort.
· Minimum 3 years in a senior operational management role.
· Multi-property or cluster management experience preferred.
· Experience managing remote island operations is highly advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service standard.
· Good knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and maintenance planning.
· Ability to analyze operational reports and identify improvement opportunities.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
· Hands-on, results-oriented, and highly detail-focused.
Other Requirements
· Maximum 40 years old.
· Willing to travel regularly between properties.
