Role Overview
The Fulfilment Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring successful completion of travel requests after booking confirmation, delivering a smooth travel experience and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel fulfillment activities for flights, hotels, and related services.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.
- Monitor fulfillment performance and service quality metrics.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and travel policies.
- Support junior team members and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in travel fulfillment or travel operations.
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
