ABOUT THIS ROLE
A hands-on leadership role supporting the day-to-day operations of our training centre. You’ll help build a positive team culture, strengthen operations, and contribute to the growth and impact of the program.
This role will help create opportunities for people from vulnerable communities to gain skills, confidence, and pathways to meaningful employment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Centre Manager, you’ll help create a positive, well-organized environment where staff and participants can thrive. You’ll be the day-to-day leader of the training center, ensuring programs run smoothly and the team feels supported.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience leading teams or programs in nonprofit, education, hospitality, training, or similar environments.
• A track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Confidence in leading a team, building positive relationships, and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
• Must be willing to be on-site as the day-to-day leader of the training centre.
Experience with vulnerable communities or social impact is an asset but not required; training in trauma-informed practices provided. We welcome applicants from a range of people-focused backgrounds.
