What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, prep, and execute video shoots and content — end to end, from idea to final cut
- Shoot & produce video content (short + long format)
- Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and long-form videos
- Design supporting graphics, thumbnails & visual assets
- Capture stills/product photography
- Work independently while aligning with the Creative Producer on brand vision
- Stay chronically online — spot trends early and know how to execute them for the brand
- Keep footage & files organized
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in content creation & videography (non-negotiable — this is not an entry-level role)
- Strong video editing skills, short & long format
- Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Creative, imaginative, and has their own point of view — not just executing briefs, but bringing ideas
- Constantly testing and mastering new tools for videography and content creation
- Comfortable conceptualizing and prepping a shoot from scratch (mood boards, shot lists, logistics)
- Strong eye for detail and visual composition
- Good time management, handles multiple deadlines

- Background in social media handling
- Strong leadership potential — this role may grow into overseeing others
- Motion graphics/animation exposure
