We are hiring for a Blended Account This role combines both voice and non-voice customer support, requiring you to assist customers through phone calls, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide an excellent customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through voice (calls) and non-voice (chat/email) channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college completed.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
Salary Package
Up to ?33,000 Salary Package
