Job Purpose
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting daily field visits to various establishments, promoting the company's purified drinking water products and services, meeting monthly sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base within the assigned territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to commercial establishments, offices, restaurants, retail stores, schools, and other potential customers within the assigned area.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to increase sales and market coverage.
- Promote and sell the company's purified drinking water products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas and performance targets.
- Prepare sales quotations and assist customers with product inquiries.
- Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Submit daily activity reports, sales updates, and customer visit reports.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate; a college degree is an advantage but not required.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct selling, account acquisition, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Preferably owns and can operate a motorcycle or electric bike (e-bike) for daily field visits.
- Familiarity with the local area and business establishments is an advantage.
- Honest, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
