1. Full-process Recruitment: Responsible for the recruitment of frontline store staff (cashiers, stock clerks, store managers, etc.) and office functional positions, including channel development, resume screening, interview arrangements, and offer follow-up to ensure meeting the personnel needs of retail stores.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle procedures for employee entry, regularization, transfer, and resignation, ensuring all processes comply with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and relevant government regulations; coordinate with third-party service providers to manage BPJS (social security) payments and declarations.
3. Payroll & Attendance: Assist in store employee attendance statistics, salary calculation, and overtime pay calculation to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.
