Job Description
  1. Membuat package Presale as brief sales (all category package : sps, reg, CPRP, filler, digital, blocking)
  2. Membuat mapping benefit paket deal serta menjadi PIC Special program
  3. Menjaga performance campaign yang sesuai dengan KPI package deal (KPI client : CPM, Roadblock, KPI Views dan atau target lainnya)
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun dalam Media Planning, Account Management, atau Trade Marketing (terutama di industri TV atau Digital Media).
  3. Memahami ekosistem media (TV, Digital, dsb).
  4. Mahir dalam analisis data dan laporan (penguasaan Excel/Google Sheets tingkat lanjut adalah wajib).
  5. Memahami istilah periklanan seperti CPRP, CPM, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, dsb.
  6. Kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat untuk koordinasi lintas tim.
  7. Manajemen proyek yang disiplin untuk menangani banyak Special Programs sekaligus.
  8. Detail-oriented dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan target.
