Job Descriptions:
Support the Manager in executing regional PCR/TBR sales plans by coordinating day-to-day sales activities with dealers and distributors in assigned areas.
Monitor dealer performance, sell-in and sell-through data, stock levels, and order fulfillment; prepare regular performance reports and insights for the Manager.
Assist in implementing pricing, promotion, and sales programs as directed, ensuring proper execution in the field.
Conduct routine market visits to maintain dealer relationships, identify operational issues, and collect on-ground feedback.
Handle initial customer complaints and operational issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation to the Manager when necessary.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and channel behaviour; consolidate findings and report to the Manager.
Support localized marketing and trade activities by coordinating with dealers, monitoring execution, and reporting outcomes.
Ensure sales administration accuracy including order tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal teams (sales admin, logistics, marketing).
Act as the first line of supervision in the field to ensure compliance with company policies and sales execution standards.
Job Requirements:
Highly preferred: candidates who are based from Sumatera area with strong familiarity with local culture and market networks.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, tire and lubricant industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Good analytical thinking and understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
Willing to travel frequently for market visits and customer engagement.
English proficiency is a plus.
