Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in seasoning, flavor, or food ingredient industry, with 2–3 years in managerial level.
Strong knowledge of seasoning formulation, flavor development, and ingredient interactions.
Familiar with flavor houses, spice blends, and functional additives.
Experience in product development from concept to launch (commercialization).
Understanding of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
Job Description:
Lead and manage the development of seasoning products (powder, liquid, marinade, sauce, and functional blends).
Formulate new seasoning products based on market trends, customer preferences, and business needs.
Conduct research on raw materials, flavor systems, and ingredient functionality.
Oversee product trials, sensory evaluation, and scale-up processes to ensure successful commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA/QC, Marketing, and Procurement.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and quality standards.
