We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to support the day-to-day communication with our current and future villa guests. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day guest communication across Luxury Spaces villas
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and updates in a timely and professional manner
- Support guests before, during, and after their stay
- Coordinate with the wider team to ensure guest needs are communicated clearly
- Help deliver a high-quality guest experience across all Luxury Spaces properties
- Support booking enquiries as the role develops
- Learn and grow within the business as Luxury Spaces continues to expand
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Friendly, caring, and guest-focused attitude
- Eager to learn and grow within a hospitality environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage but not essential
