Together, we run.OverviewThis role is expected to be a key advisor to leaders in the organization enabling informed decision making, generating analysis and insight, championing the use of data to measure performance, and supporting the Project Management team in the planning and delivery of transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of data analysts supporting the Customer Operations organizationProvide a vision for the team and facilitate the development of team members and data based capabilities within the organizationAdvise leaders and supervisors on the development of "Metrics that Matter" to monitor and measure their performanceSupport the Executive team through execution of research and analysis related to Customer OperationsLead research activities for the Customer Operations business unit providing analysis and insight to drive strategic direction and improvement initiativesOversee the development and maintenance of Executive Dashboards and Management Reports to drive informed decision makingWork hand in hand with the Project Management team to define and measure success metrics for business transformation initiativesCollaborate with IT, Strategy, and other business units to develop capabilities and shared metrics for the organizationManage requests for data support and implement framework for prioritizationAdvise organization on best practice methodologies for utilization of data in optimizing operational activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or other quantitative disciplineMinimum of 4 years experience in an analytical role performing data analysis analysis, reporting, insight generation, or other business value adding functionHigh level of comfort with quantitative conceptsProficiency in relevant software languages and packages such as Python, R, SQL, Looker, GCP, or similarExperience in designing and implementing executive and management dashboards with Looker, Tableau, Excel or other toolsAttention to detail and ability to analyze complex data delivering actionable insightAbility to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teamsComfort with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with executivesAbility to motivate and influence stakeholders to drive complex issues to resolutionA proven track record of data analytics and productivity improvements; ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships with your internal clients and external vendorsSolid problem solving and process analysis skills to define quickly implementable solutions to immediate issues while enabling long term scalable solutionsExperience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with several stakeholders that deliver resultsExperience in managing a teamRecruiter:Tyrone Taylor (tyrone.taylor@sunrun.com)Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith for this position only.
