Location: This is a primarily remote position open to candidates throughout Colorado. Attorneys in the Denver and Boulder metro areas are preferred, with the expectation of traveling to the Boulder office only a handful of times each year.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Attorneys with real estate litigation experience are strongly preferred. This opportunity is best suited for associates with under 7 years of experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
- Manage discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and trials as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients while providing practical legal advice.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Assist with transactional matters related to business and real estate when appropriate.
- Maintain a minimum of 100 billable hours per month.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Bar license.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Real estate litigation experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Interest in handling both litigation and occasional transactional work is a plus.
