Job Description:
Provide and conduct training (product knowledge and technical-soft skill) to existing and new sales personnel.
Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team
Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical from top university (having Apothecary background is preferred)
Minimum 1 years of working experience in product or sales management and/or having work experience as Product Trainer.
Fluent in English, both oral and written is preferred
Proficient in Ms. Office
