Today, We are seeking a Junior Tax Officer
Detailed Information:
Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (such as PPh, PPN, and Local Tax) is required.
Familiarity with tax reporting systems, especially CORETAX, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and a high attention to detail and accuracy in handling data are essential.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
A willingness to learn is important.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN) for subsidiaries or partner companies.
Ensure timely and accurate tax payments for each subsidiary in compliance with relevant regulations.
Input and manage tax data efficiently through the appropriate systems.
Maintain and organize complete tax documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Perform tax reconciliations to ensure alignment with each entity’s accounting records.
Monitor updates to tax regulations and ensure that each subsidiary stays compliant.
Communicate and coordinate with subsidiary finance teams and external tax consultants as necessary.
Support tax audit processes by providing required documentation for partner companies.
