About the role
We are seeking a Daily Worker Engineering to join our team at Grun Resorts in Bali. This is a Full-time position based on-site in our Bali location. In this role, you will provide essential engineering support across our mechanical engineering operations, contributing to the day-to-day technical activities that keep our projects moving forward. This position is fundamental to ensuring the smooth execution of our engineering tasks and maintaining the high standards we uphold in mechanical engineering delivery.
Key responsibilities
Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery on-site
Support senior engineers in the execution of mechanical engineering tasks and projects
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components and systems
Help with material handling, preparation and organisation of tools and equipment
Document and report on daily work activities and any issues or observations identified
Follow all health, safety and quality protocols established on-site
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support other team members as needed
What we're looking for
Technical aptitude with a keen interest in mechanical engineering or related field
Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions on-site
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work
Ability to follow instructions clearly and work as part of a team
Basic understanding of mechanical principles and equipment operation (or willingness to learn)
Reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing work requirements
Relevant vocational qualifications or on-the-job experience in mechanical engineering or a related trade (preferred)
Willing to be located in Uluwatu, Bali
