Job Description:
Assist director on daily matters which may include private needs
Provide administrative support, control and coordination with all department
Ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments including confidential matter
Take minutes of meeting, maintain records and make sure each department fulfill the duty
Compile and collect data
Following the instruction of director to provide advice in sequence of the work, time schedule, quality and quantity performance as oriented in efficiency and optimize target.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Fluency in English and Mandarin/Chinese languages both conversations, reading, & writing.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in multinational company.
Required Skill(s): Filling by system, translate, lettering & documentation
Mastering Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Email.
Good communications skill and task management
Initiative, self-discipline, able to work independently and under pressure, responsible, fast learner.
Strong analytical, management and organization skill, good in communication and having problem solving skill
