We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Sagulung, Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia, as a Production Team Leader or Line Leader, to help drive our operational success.

The Production Team Leader or Line Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with team members, monitoring production output, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any issues that may arise during the production process. The ideal candidate will also be involved in implementing safety protocols, managing equipment, and leading the team to meet production targets. Additionally, the Line Leader will play a key role in fostering a productive and safe working environment while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of production equipment, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of general K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), quality assurance, time management, and team management are essential.
