About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join the Human Resources team at Matahari Tire Indonesia, PT. This is a full-time position based in Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kendal, Jawa Tengah. As an HR Recruitment specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth and operational objectives. This position is integral to building a strong workforce that aligns with our organisational values and business strategy.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organisation
Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and manage recruitment campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and establish clear job requirements and competency profiles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate selection and offer extension
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
Conduct background checks and verifications for shortlisted candidates
Prepare and conduct employment contracts and onboarding documentation
Participate in job fairs and university recruitment events to build talent pipelines
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless employee integration and retention
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law in Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates at all levels
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
Familiarity with the manufacturing or automotive industry is advantageous
