About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Laundry Operator in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.
What You'll Be Doing
Laundry Operator is responsible for performing and supporting all daily laundry operations for apartment linen, apartment-owned items, and guest laundry, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established quality, hygiene, and service standards. This role includes receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging, and delivering laundry items while maintaining proper handling procedures to prevent loss or damage. The incumbent is responsible for operating laundry equipment safely, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, monitoring the condition and availability of linen and laundry supplies, maintaining accurate records of guest laundry transactions, reporting damaged items or equipment issues, and ensuring the timely completion of all laundry requests. The position is expected to work collaboratively with other operational departments, follow established procedures and safety regulations, and contribute to maintaining consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laundry experience
Strong knowledge of laundry operations and hygiene standards
Good understanding of linen handling procedures, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, storage, and quality inspection standards
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality
