We are looking for an experienced **Live Streaming Operator** who has strong technical knowledge in **building and operating live streaming systems using OBS Studio**. You will be responsible for preparing, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting all technical aspects of live streaming to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and configure live streaming setups using OBS Studio
* Configure scenes, sources, transitions, overlays, audio mixer, and streaming settings.
* Set up cameras, capture cards, microphones, lighting, switchers, and other streaming equipment.
* Optimize streaming quality, including bitrate, resolution, FPS, encoder, and audio settings.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to OBS, hardware, software, and network during live broadcasts.
* Monitor streaming performance throughout live sessions.
* Coordinate with Hosts, Production Team, and E-commerce Team to ensure smooth live operations.
* Maintain and improve the live streaming system and equipment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Live Streaming Operator, Broadcast Technician, or similar position.
* Strong proficiency in setting up and configuring OBS Studio from scratch, not just operating existing projects.
* Able to create complete OBS projects, including scenes, sources, filters, audio routing, overlays, hotkeys, and streaming outputs.
* Understand live streaming workflow and production processes.
* Familiar with cameras, capture cards, microphones, lighting systems, and streaming hardware.
* Able to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
* Experience with TikTok Live or Shopee Live .
