Design and implementation of scalable data platforms using Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Databricks)ETL & Data Processing ? Building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance data pipelines with Databricks, Spark, and KafkaData Warehousing & Modeling ? Developing robust data models and optimizing performance for efficient queriesAutomation & CI/CD ? Implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and testingCollaboration with Business & Tech Teams ? Close coordination with Data Scientists, Analytics Teams, and Business Stakeholders to develop data-driven solutionsBest Practices & Scalability ? Ensuring our data solutions are sustainable, maintainable, and future-proof Experience & Tech Stack ? Several years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on Microsoft AzureTechnical Expertise ? Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault)Cloud & Big Data Knowledge ? Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure DatabricksPerformance Optimization ? Understanding of how to scale data pipelines and optimize queries efficientlyBusiness Understanding ? Ability to develop solutions that are not only technically excellent but also create clear business valueCommunication & Teamwork ? Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsLanguage Skills ? Fluent English (C1);
