About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tech Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology professionals to support our growing portfolio of system integration projects. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates across a range of IT disciplines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions within the system integrator business.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements, technical skills, and workforce planning.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate technical interviews and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a system integrator, IT consulting, or technology services environment.

  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps and project management.

  • Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • A proactive, target-driven, and collaborative approach to recruitment.
