Responsibilities:
Calculate and analyze COGM & COGS (raw materials, labor, and overhead)
Prepare product costing, including standard costing and new product costing
Analyze cost variances (actual vs standard) and provide efficiency recommendations
Prepare periodic cost analysis and gross profit reports
Monitor production costs and identify cost reduction opportunities
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
Support inventory control and stock opname processes
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Costing or Cost Management, particularly in manufacturing or production industries.
In-depth understanding of Cost per Hour, Cycle Time, Cost per Product, and other production cost components.
Experience in calculating costs involving Waiting Time, Preparation Time, and Infrastructure Costs.
Proficiency in accounting software for managing cost data.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
