Job Descriptions:
Handle administrative tasks related to foreign employment documents (KITAS, KITAP, IMTA, MERP, VISA, STM, SKTT, LAKEB, etc.)
Handle client inquiries appropriately
Carrying out initial checks on the completeness and suitability of client document management requirements
Give feedback to the client on the progress of the document
Arrange the schedule for collecting supporting files, collecting biometric data and sending files to clients.
Enter the courier agenda for sending and collecting documents.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field/knowledge of foreign worker management processes
Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Willing to work on-site at the Client Office (Jakarta Selatan)
