The position:

We are part of a growing hospitality group (Skavana). The concept focuses on salad based meals and nutritious offerings. We are looking for a General Manager (Operations) to lead the brand from pre-opening to full operations.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end restaurant launch (setup, hiring, SOPs, execution)

• Full day-to-day operations and guest experience excellence

• P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth

• Building and leading a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10+ years in F&B, with senior leadership experience

• Experience managing multiple outlets

• Proven track record in pre-opening / launching restaurants

• Hands-on experience in salad bars, healthy food brands, or fresh casual dining (MUST)

• Strong understanding of fresh ingredients handling, kitchen workflow efficiency, and high-volume service

• Commercially sharp, execution-driven, and detail-oriented

• Fluent in English
