Coordinating ongoing store projects, generating schedules and reports, and updating project information.
Assisting in the analysis of plans and specifications to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
Creating a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) after receiving the as-built design from the designer.
Looking for a contractor to proceed to the bidding/BoQ stage.
Capable of producing high-quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.).
Coordinating with mall representative for project implementation.
Coordinating with principal brand regarding project concept, progress & developement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
Able to operate Microsoft programs fluently (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD).
Must have the courage to lead onsite contractors.
Having experience in Retail industry (store build inside a mall) is a must.
Fluent in English is a must.
