Job Description
Acquire, manage, and grow KOL, creator, affiliate, and MCN networks across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, negotiation, campaign execution, content coordination, and performance optimization.
Build strong relationships with KOLs, MCNs, agencies, affiliates, and creator communities.
Lead and develop the KOL/Creator team to achieve campaign and business targets.
Monitor campaign and creator performance using key metrics such as Reach, Views, Engagement Rate, CPA, CAC, ROI, Registration, and GMV.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Creator Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or MCN Management.
Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, preferably in managing KOL, creator, or affiliate teams.
Proven experience in acquiring and scaling large creator networks across major social media platforms.
Strong understanding of influencer campaign execution, creator performance metrics, and data-driven decision making.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and consistently deliver results.
