Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dan pengawasan operasional beberapa cabang, termasuk peningkatan dan stabilitas omzet, monitoring performa dan kinerja cabang, pembinaan tim secara berkala sehingga bekerja dengan mobilitas yang tinggi
