Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace

Willing to work from Support Office - Jakarta Timur
Job Description:
Manage and organize the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business travel
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Support project coordination, research tasks, and business documentation as needed
Arrange business travel, including flight, hotel reservations, transportation bookings, and prepare detailed travel requirements
Oversee household management tasks, including staff coordination, maintenance, and event planning when needed
