About the Role:

We’relooking for a smart, curious, and motivated Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) Specialist to join Augment Risk.This isa great opportunityfor someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and iskeen to makea significantimpact.You’llwork closely with brokers and clients across the(re)insurance space, supporting the placement and management of delegated authority business while ensuringhigh standardsof accuracy and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with broking teams to prepare, market,and place(re)insurance programs for MGA and delegated authority clients
  • Draft contracts, binders, and supporting documentation, ensuring final terms and conditions are clearly captured
  • Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of contracts, endorsements, and related documentation
  • Oversee bordereaux management, includingtimelysubmission, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support the ongoing management of delegated authority arrangements,maintainingstrong attention to detail and process consistency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery across the lifecycle of each placement

Requirements:

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup, non-traditional environment
  • Good communicationskills
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Genuine interest in reinsurance, insurance, or financial risk
  • Experience or exposure to delegated authority, reinsurance operations, or similar environments is beneficial
  • Comfortable working remotely within a global team and travelling asrequiredto meet clients and markets
